Welcome to the ERASMUSNESS Employer Survey!

This survey is part of a European research project exploring how Erasmus+ mobility contributes to soft skill development and employability.

We value your insight into the skills that matter most in your recruitment processes.

This survey aims to:

  • Evaluate the relevance of existing skills in relation to the needs of the labour market;

  • Identify additional skills or learning outcomes from the employer’s point of view;

  • Enhance and adjust the current framework to better align education and training with employment requirements.
